By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or buying anything from the shop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Miss Rose Toes is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or make a purchase. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, resold or used by more than one person. Sharing login details is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Every photograph, film, calendar, custom order and other media on this site is the exclusive property of Miss Rose Toes and is licensed to you for private personal viewing only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Saving, downloading or copying any photo or film that is not an explicit paid download
• Taking screenshots or screen recordings of any member content
• Re-posting, re-selling, distributing or publicly displaying any content
• Using any tool, script or device to capture, scrape or bypass access controls
• Removing or altering watermarks, licence stamps or other identifying marks

Attempted violations are logged. Confirmed violations result in permanent termination of your account and loss of all access, with no refund, and may be pursued as copyright infringement.

Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor. Monthly plans renew every month and the Annual VIP plan renews every twelve months on your signup date, at the price shown at the time of purchase.

• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no partial-period refunds are issued.
• Upgrading: upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
• Downgrading: downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails we will retry it. Access may be suspended or cancelled if payment is not completed.

Complimentary memberships are granted at our discretion and may be changed or removed at any time.

Digital products are delivered to your account (or to the email address used at checkout) once payment clears. Download links are personal, time-limited and traceable to the purchaser.

Pre-sale items are charged at the time of purchase and delivered when the item is finished. Expected release windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final except where required by law. Physical items, where offered, ship within the United States at a flat rate.

Custom photo, duo and video orders are produced to request after payment. Requests must be lawful, tasteful and within the scope described on the product page. We may decline and refund any request we are not comfortable fulfilling. Completed custom work is delivered privately to the buyer and remains licensed for personal use only.

Theme suggestions and other ideas submitted through the site may be used without obligation, payment or credit. Please do not submit anything you consider confidential.

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, attempts to bypass access controls, abuses the support or request forms, or engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. No refunds are issued for accounts closed for cause.

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or retire collections, products, features or pricing. Price changes to an active subscription will be communicated before they take effect.

The site and its content are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
