Miss Rose Toes operates this private membership site. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

• Account details: your email address, the name you provide, and your membership level.
• Purchase records: what you bought, when, the amount, and your order and delivery status.
• Messages you send us: support requests, custom order details and theme suggestions.
• Usage and security information: which collections you view, and records of attempts to save, copy or record protected content, including the time, page and browser used.

We do not collect or store your card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach our servers.

• To process payments, renewals, refunds and digital deliveries
• To answer your support messages and fulfil custom orders
• To send account, billing, delivery and renewal notices
• To protect our content, detect misuse and enforce our terms
• To understand which collections are popular, in aggregate

We do not sell your information. We share only what is necessary with the services that run the site:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Our hosting and database provider — storing your account and content securely
• Our email provider — sending account and order notifications

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Accounts are protected by secure authentication, and passwords are stored only in hashed form. All member photos and films are kept in private storage and served through short-lived, personal links that expire. Downloadable purchases are traceable to the buyer. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these protections seriously.

We keep your account information while your account is open, and purchase and billing records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Security logs are kept for a limited period to investigate misuse.

• You can update your name and password from your dashboard at any time
• You can cancel your membership from your dashboard at any time
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it
• You can opt out of non-essential email; account and billing notices will continue

Deleting your account removes your access and personal profile. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are retained.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session. These are required for the site to work; we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it and close the account.
